Welcome! As mindfulness should be all about you, we would like to keep our introduction to a minimum, but we should get to know one another before we begin. We believe that a personal relationship can easily be established through the internet if we are open in our communications. With that in mind, please read on in order to learn a little bit about us…
In the early eighties I started following mindfulness trainings, after a long period experimenting with meditation in its various forms. I find mindfulness very intriguing. It was more than simple meditation, it was meditation with a purpose; finding inner peace. I readily embraced that calmness that came with mindfulness. It gave my life a calmness that I had not previously known, and the ability to live more in the moment.
The more I studied mindfulness, the more I realized that this was the path I needed to follow. I wanted to learn more and as I did, it occurred to me how much I needed to share all the knowledge I had gained, to enable others to enrich their lives with the practice of mindfulness. With this in mind, I began teaching.
Since then, I have taught hundreds of people mindfulness. Many of my students have experienced the unique effect that mindfulness brings to your life are grateful for the many gifts that it brings. However, teaching face- to-face basis can be time consuming. I want the mindfulness message to reach as many people as possible and the internet has given me that opportunity. My colleague, Barbara, and I have developed a formula that can be spread digitally and delivers the same results as face-to-face mindfulness training. You can find the wonderful mindfulness training that we have developed on this website. Be kind to yourself, love yourself and allow yourself an hour a day for meditation.
“Few of us ever live in the present. We are forever anticipating
what is to come or remembering what has gone.”
After graduating from university, I started working as a Teaching Assistant at my Alma Mater. While I enjoyed it, I also had a strong sense that there was more to life. I started searching for meaning, looking into the spiritual side of life. I have studied and tried all kinds spiritual and religious ideas, but nothing made perfect sense to me until I started meditating. I realized that this was the way to inner peace, but there are so many different directions in meditation that I also knew that I needed to do some fine-tuning.
While on a retreat in the U.S.A, I met Benjamin. We had a great click and he began teaching me. After learning from Benjamin, I began teaching myself. Last year when he called me, I initially thought he merely wanted to catch up, but he suggested working together. Together, we have made a training for you to work with, in your own space, which will enable you to find the inner peace we have come to know.
We believe mindfulness should be available to all. It needn’t be expensive, or require extensive travel or equipment. This training can be done at minimum costs by you, whenever you want, wherever you want. If you choose to seek inner peace, we can offer you a clear and effective path.
