Q: Mindfulness looks a lot like NLP. Am I correct?
A: Indeed it appears that way. Neuro-linguistic programming is more a trick and mindfulness is more a way of life. The result could be the same. We encourage you to do NLP if you want to. However we feel that mindfulness is the way we want to go.
Q: Can I really teach myself mindfulness with this training?
A: Yes you can. This training is designed for you to take alone. Instructions are clear and if you follow them the result will be amazing.
Q: I see two versions of the training. What is the difference?
A: The meditation files are spoken word. Benjamin’s version is done by him and Barabara’s version is done by her. You just have to choose what suits you best. There is no other difference between the two trainings.
Q: Can I read the e-books (included with the training) without an e-reader?
A: Yes you can. The books are in PDF format. So you can read them on your smartphone, tablet, computer, laptop or on your e-reader. It is up to you.
Q: How can the training be so cheap?
Q: How much time does the training require?
A: The meditations vary in time. And as they say, practice makes perfect. We advise at least five meditations per week, and roughly one hour per meditation. So five hours per week.
Q: I feel obstacles while doing the meditations. What should I do?
A: Good! The obstacles (like restlessness or interfering thoughts) are what this training is about. You should overcome them. And you can and you will. Just practice more. Remember: every day is a new day and you can start over every day with everything. Nothing is written in concrete.
Q: I haven’t done the meditations in a while. Should I start over?
A: You can just continue wherever you left off. Or if it feels better, you can start over or repeat some older meditations. There are no real rules on what to do. Just follow our guidelines and use your own common sense. And if you feel guilty for not doing the meditations, remember it just is.
